Projects delivered during the contract ranged from large, planned workstreams such as annual Re-inspections of known ACMs to the procurement and project management of large-scale asbestos removal.
The circumstances we have been through over the past 12 months have brought about a lot of uncertainties and new challenges both on a personal and business level. By working collaboratively and being flexible and open to the changes in circumstances you have ensured that there has been minimal impact of the services you provide to us.
Compliance Manager, Water Company, England
A contract of this size and complexity demanded a highly qualified Key Account Manager with more than 15 years’ experience to lead the team and collaborate with the Client to develop bespoke solutions, tailored to each unique site.
A specific challenge for this contract was initially maintaining the asbestos data across such a large number of assets, with a large number of the Water Company’s Technicians working on them in addition to their Supply Chain Partners. Tersus overcame this challenge by assigning dedicated Administrators to the contract who used the industry leading online asbestos management system, TEAMS (The Electronic Asbestos Management System). This enabled the data to be stored in one place, accessible on a read-only basis 24/7/365 for the Client and their approved Supply Chain partners. All bulk sample reports, survey reports, air monitoring reports and completion packs following asbestos removal were accessible, in addition to project dashboard information including the Risk Profile of the portfolio.
