Tersus undertake BAFE accredited Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments in the communal areas of residential properties owned by this Housing Association in the East of England.

The client used the Direct Award call-off mechanism to procure our services via a regional framework.

Reporting and Technical Support

Each report is issued in PDF and uploaded to our cloud based platform, Ultimate Manager, providing real time visibility of the significant findings for each site. 

Our team discuss the findings with the Housing Association and help establish priorities for future works. Technical support is provided when needed, such as to action advice from the Fire Service, or overcome issues encountered on block types and other factors.
