Tersus Consultancy Ltd was honoured with an On-Call Charter Award 2022 by Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service, recognising our commitment to community service while underscoring the invaluable support businesses can offer to local emergency services by allowing their staff to respond to emergencies.
Chief Fire Officer Callum Faint and Watch Manager Vince Howard presented the award to James Cherry, Key Account Manager, who has trained to be an on-call Fire Fighter for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue, and Paul Glass, Head of Sales at Tersus.
The On-Call Charter Awards are presented to recognise the commitment made by employers and offer thanks to businesses who allow their staff to be on-call during their normal working day, making them available to respond to a range of emergencies within their local communities. It is acknowledged that this is a big commitment from the businesses involved and is greatly appreciated by Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service as it enables them to maintain cover across the towns and rural areas of the county.
