The training provided last week was incredibly well received. The number of times I have people telling me the training is one of the best they’ve attended is phenomenal and is a testament to both the Trainer's knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to deliver what can be quite technical and dry material in such an engaging manner.
Please pass on my thanks to the Surveyor/ Analysts for their work at the weekend. I think it was an eye opener for us all as to what is actually in that building. I like working with contractors who know what they are doing and don’t cause me issues!
Thank you for the amazing effort to on-board successfully. A lot of work still ahead of us, but the way in which the contract has started has filled the leadership team and I with positivity.
The circumstances we have been through over the past 12 months have brought about a lot of uncertainties and new challenges both on a personal and business level. We would like to thank you on behalf of our organisation for the dedication and professionalism your teams have shown during this time. By working collaboratively and being flexible and open to the changes in circumstances you have ensured that there has been minimal impact of the services you provide to us.
Tersus have provided us with a high degree of assurance in ensuring our organisation is compliant with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The personnel provided to undertake monitoring and assurance activities have been to a high calibre and we have been impressed with the levels of cultural alignment of our organisations specifically concerning Environmental, Health and Safety approach. This is supported by Tersus Consultancy management and support personnel.
Overall performance against the Contract KPIs has been to a high level and Tersus have been able to ensure that they have in the majority exceeded the mean performance expectations placed on our suppliers.
I thought the Trainer was fantastic today! He got the information across in the most efficient way that I've ever seen (and I've been on a fair few courses and spent 5 years at uni).
I'd happily do every course in my future with him as the trainer. Thanks so much to you and the team for a great service.
Working on industrial sites requires not only the specialist knowledge and skills to deliver a technical service, but the ability to work efficiently without causing mess or disruption, engage with the point of contact on-site to ensure that access is gained to all relevant locations, and sometimes work in hazardous or specialist environments such as plant rooms, radiological areas or underground service ducts. Our team are trained not only in their core technical discipline but are also experienced in working as part of a wider team on CDM projects.
We use tablets for efficient on-site data capture and automated reporting. Working to a defined specification, our reports, data and other documentation are accessible via industry-leading online customer portals. Compatible with customer databases and other 3rd party systems, we can present our data, download or import it into the desired format.
In addition to working on industrial sites, we deliver award-winning training for people responsible for managing or working in industrial buildings.
Classroom-based courses at your premises, our training facilities or a hired venue
Virtual Courses delivered online
eLearning via our online learning platform, Astute.
