I walked the site with the Analyst on the last day as he was carrying out reassurance air monitoring, this site visit observed site works completed to a high standard and no issues or further actions required. The Analyst was clear in his communication and dialogue with the University asbestos team throughout the project, which is greatly appreciated. He was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to working with him going forward when further analytical works are required.
We have worked with Tersus for two years and they have assisted us with setting up a robust surveying routine through a time of transition for the service with the Estates function moving back in-house. Thank you to the team for their expertise and support and we look forward to continuing our working relationship.
We found the course really good and well delivered. People stayed engaged throughout, and we all learnt a lot from it. Please pass this onto the Trainer as we really appreciate it. I will recommend Tersus to anyone for Asbestos training.
Finally undertook the BOHS P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings course. Must say a very informative and insightful course lead very well by the Trainer at Tersus. Would definitely recommend. Top notch.

Today I’ve completed my Duty to Manage Asbestos Appointed Persons (UKATA) training through Tersus Group. Thank you to the Trainer for your thorough training and guidance throughout the course. Brilliantly delivered and extremely informative.
Tersus have been engaged by the authority for a number of years and have carried out a host of various services for us during this time. The responsiveness and consultancy capability that Tersus possess have been outstanding during the time period I have worked with them.
The project team have been brilliant to work with. The planning was meticulous and delivery of the fire mastic work in a live environment was exemplary. Reacting to the logistical challenges and understanding the needs of different occupants including security processes whilst also allowing for COVID reoccupation during the entire project has been outstanding. We’ll certainly look to engage them again.
It’s great to see the high quality of work delivered across other areas of compliance in addition to asbestos.
Commercial buildings are diverse in their construction and use, so planning works carefully in advance is key to the successful delivery of our services.
Working in occupied properties requires the specialist knowledge and skills to deliver a technical service and the ability to coordinate with key stakeholders to gain access to all relevant areas. Our team are experienced in working in hazardous and specialist environments such as plant rooms, operating theatres or underground service ducts, and as part of a CDM team on major projects.
We use tablets for efficient on-site data capture and automated reporting. Working to a defined specification, our reports, data and other documentation are accessible via industry-leading online customer portals. Compatible with customer databases and other 3rd party systems, we can present our data, download or import it into the desired format.
